Water
Water Cyclamen persicum moderately when the top inch of the soil feels dry, preferably from below to avoid wetting the foliage and crown, which can lead to fungal diseases. Reduce watering during the dormancy period in summer to prevent tuber rot.
Light
Place Cyclamen in bright, indirect light. A north or east-facing window is optimal to avoid the harsh rays of direct sunlight, which can burn the leaves. Inadequate light can lead to sparse blooms and leggy growth.
Nutrients
To encourage vibrant growth and blooms, fertilize Cyclamen persicum every two weeks from autumn to spring, using a balanced, water-soluble fertilizer diluted to half strength. Avoid fertilization during its dormant summer period to prevent tuber rot.
